This site doesn't collect your data
This site doesn't ask you for any information and doesn't track visitors; there are no analytics tools and no advertising cookies. The site is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure: to deliver the pages to you and keep them secure, technical data such as your IP address may be processed by the hosting provider, including on servers abroad. We don't use this data to identify or track visitors.
Appointment form
The form doesn't ask for your name or phone number. What you select only opens as a ready-made message in your own WhatsApp; whether you send it is up to you.
Contact by WhatsApp and phone
When you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we see your phone number, any name you share and your messages. This information comes from the conversation you start; we use it only to answer your questions and to handle your appointment and service, and we don't share it with third parties. The legal grounds are setting up and providing the service you request and our legitimate interest. WhatsApp is a service of Meta and may process data on servers abroad under its own terms; if you'd rather not use WhatsApp, you can call us or visit the shop. We don't keep conversations longer than necessary once your job is done.
Theme and language preference
Your light/dark theme choice and the language you pick in the language selector are stored only in your own browser (localStorage); they are not sent to us. The language choice is used so that the site opens in that language the next time you come in through the main address.
Files
All of the site's files, including fonts, are served from the same hosting infrastructure; no connection to any other company is made while you browse.
External links
The Google Maps, Google Reviews, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp links take you to those companies' sites; data processing there is governed by their own policies.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. You can send your request in writing to the address above.
